Sparkling for Memorial Day! Annual Wash for a Valued Killearn Customer
It’s that time of year again – the sun is shining, and outdoor gatherings are just around the corner! We were thrilled to be back in the Lake McBride area / Killearn (near Bannerman Rd), Tallahassee, Florida this May to help one of our fantastic Repeat Customers get their home ready for all the Memorial Day weekend fun.
This beautiful 2-story blue house always cleans up so nicely with our gentle yet effective soft wash technique. A major focus was the large covered front porch, which, as is common in our area, had collected its fair share of pollen and insects. Our soft wash not only cleaned it but also left it sanitized and fresh. We didn’t stop there – the mildew and algae that had taken hold of the front porch furniture were also no match for our soft wash treatment, restoring them to their former glory.
The aggregate driveway was still in pretty good shape from our last visit, with not too much new organic growth, so it cleaned up quickly with a pressure wash. However, the star of the show for this pre-summer clean was definitely the pool deck and rear patio. These areas tend to see algae build-up more quickly, so a thorough soft wash was crucial to make them safe, clean, and inviting for those upcoming pool parties!
And because we truly value our loyal customers, we were happy to soft wash their painted metal fence at no additional charge this visit. It’s the little details that make a big difference, and ensuring the entire property had a clean and uniform look was our pleasure.
