Wrapping Up a Wonderful Friday of Clean Homes and Happy Customers!
Southwood Soft Wash & Pressure Wash Delight
What a fantastic Friday it was here at Hot Water Pressure Washing! We hit the ground running this morning with a soft wash for a lovely new customer in the Southwood neighborhood. He reached out to us after a less-than-ideal experience with another company. Apparently, they didn’t take the necessary precautions to protect his exterior electrical outlets during their soft wash, which unfortunately led to a tripped breaker and a fridge full of spoiled food.
We were so glad he contacted us! At Hot Water Pressure Washing, we always make sure to tape up all exterior outlets as an extra layer of protection against water intrusion that could cause such issues. His home, featuring beautiful Hardie board siding, cleaned up beautifully! We followed up the soft wash by pressure washing his driveway, walkway, and curbs, leaving everything looking fresh and inviting. We were thrilled to receive a fantastic review from him afterward – welcome to the Hot Water Pressure Washing family!
Lake Bradford Rd Investment Property Soft Wash
Our second soft wash job took us just a stone’s throw from FSU’s Doak Campbell Stadium, right off Lake Bradford Road. This area is bustling with older homes and apartments, often housing students attending the local colleges here in Tallahassee. We frequently partner with Tallahassee property management companies, helping them maintain clean and appealing properties for their tenants. It’s always rewarding to contribute to the upkeep of our community.
Killearn Estates Pool Deck Transformation
Finally, we wrapped up the day with a large pool deck cleaning for another new customer in the beautiful Killearn Estates (Tallahassee, FL 32309). They’re getting their backyard oasis ready for a graduation party and needed their concrete pool deck pressure washed. The transformation was remarkable, and the customer was so impressed with the results that they immediately asked for another bid to clean all five of their Trex decks located around the property, leading down to the pool area. We’re excited to head back next week to get those looking their best as well!
