Curb appeal matters when you list a home in Tallahassee, Florida. On April 26, 2026, a local realtor called us. We work with her often. She had a new project in the Gardens of Weems neighborhood. She trusts our work. Because of this, she got the homeowner’s approval for us to clean the exterior.
The Challenge: Heavy Algae

The Solution: A Full Makeover
We cleaned the property from top to bottom. First, we did a soft wash on the home’s exterior. This safely removed algae from the siding. Next, we fully cleaned the driveway and the front porch.
We also focused on the rear concrete pad. You can see this in the video. The patio was slick and dangerous. We used our best surface cleaner. The high water flow flushed out the concrete pores. We followed up with a good rinse and a mild algaecide treatment. The concrete dried up looking awesome!
The Result: Under Contract!
