Today’s Driveway Cleaning in Landover Hills, Tallahassee

An up-close action shot of professional concrete cleaning with a surface cleaner in Tallahassee, Florida. This original photo by Hot Water Pressure Washing was selected for the cover of the UAMCC industry magazine.

We recently returned to a repeat customer’s home in the beautiful Landover Hills subdivision, located just off Buck Lake Road in Tallahassee, Florida. This visit was for their annual exterior maintenance cleaning.

The highlight of this project, as seen in the video below, was the concrete cleaning. This driveway is massive—approximately 2,500 square feet—but thanks to our professional setup, size wasn’t an issue.

By utilizing two commercial pressure washers simultaneously (our 8 GPM and 5.5 GPM machines), both equipped with Whisper Wash surface cleaners, we were able to surface clean, rinse, and post-treat the entire area in under 30 minutes. This efficient process removes organic stains and applies a mild algaecide to keep the concrete cleaner for longer, all without taking up the homeowner’s entire day.

Services Performed:

  • Concrete Driveway Cleaning

  • Surface Cleaning & Algaecide Treatment

  • Soft Wash House Washing

  • Annual Exterior Maintenance

Whether you have a large driveway in Landover Hills or a cozy walkway in Midtown, we have the equipment to get the job done right and fast. If your property in Tallahassee needs a refresh, contact us today for a free estimate! Check out the full cleaning process in this short video:
